The EV240, based on the principle of constant temperature hot wire anemometry, is designed for use with one or two measurement channels. It can be used independently or coupled with a software interface, via an optional acquisition system.
Each measurement channel is independent for both wire resistance measurement, overheat coefficient settings, gain and offset settings. The device has a common display for both channels that just switch on the channel to view. For the use of two coupled probes or crossed wire probes, the connection to the optional EV219 acquisition system is required to process the data.
