The reaction is a basic operation of the chemical engineering allowing to produce, from various compounds (reagents), new substances destined to an increasing number of industries (chemical, pharmaceutical, etc..)


The reactor of MP1070 pilot is a stirred batch type; the mass of the reagents, witch is totally introduced at the beginning of the process, is carried to the reaction temperature and maintain to this temperature level until to obtain the wished conversion; at the end of the process, the product of reaction is unloaded from the reactor.

- 1 Reactor stirrer, execution made of stainless steel AISI 316
- 1 Stirrer motor : power 55 W, variable speed from 0 to 500 rpm, with display,
- 1 Distillation Column in borosilicate glass, with stainless steel AISI 316 packing stitches
- 1 Condenser made of stainless steel AIS I316
- 1 temperature indicator

- 2 borosilicate glass vats, capacity 2 L
