DEMANDER UN DEVIS POUR CETTE MACHINE

This unit complements the sand filtration pilot (MP31 or MP31CR) to make drinking water safe. It allows filtration using an activated carbon filter to remove residual microorganisms and colloids from the water coming out of the sand filter and disinfection by chlorine.
 

  • Study of the physical and chemical filtration.
  • Parameters influencing the filtration such as: dimensions of the filtering surfaces, speed of filtration.
  • Influence of feed rate on filtration.
  • Measurement of disinfection by chlorine



Technical specifications :
  • A column in Altuglass
  • A manometer
  • A feed tank
  • A centrifugal feed pump
  • A reception tank
  • Flow meter
  • A low level sensor in the feed tank.
  • The set is mounted on stainless steel frame with aluminum nuts, the pipes are made of PVC.
  • The control cabinet includes safety relays and pump protection.
  • Two buckets of specific activated carbons are provided.
Options :
Option 1: Chlorine measurement and adjustment device consisting of:
A continuous chlorine probe
A transmitter / regulator with chlorine display
A 10 L PE can for chlorine or oxidant.
A chlorine dosing pump
100L stirred tank with circulator on wheels

Option 2: UV water treatment device (in addition to chlorine treatment)
