The loop is composed of a temperature measurement by Pt100 probe of the water at the outlet of a heater, a heating resistor driven by a static power unit, a converter and a regulator
The heating resistor is equipped with an adjustable safety thermostat. The mains water supplies the heater with an open circuit. The variable flow is measured by means of a flow meter. We study the return to a setpoint programmed according to a disturbance of flow.
The bench consists of :
A control / command cabinet with control and protection of the heating resistor and the static power unit, the controller with display of the measurement and the setpoint, connections on the front of the cabinet with secure plugs for measurement of the input and the output of the regulator (0-10V).
