EQUIPMENT :

  • Grignard cylindrical reactor: DN150 Borosilicate glass tank, with double-layered jacket heated by thermal fluid and a "crust-breaking" drain valve; borosilicate glass cover.

  • 316 L stainless steel variable-speed stirrer with helical impeller

  • Borosilicate glass column head.

  • 316 L stainless steel vertical condenser, borosilicate glass barrel, single-action with baffles.

  • Borosilicate glass distillate condenser.

  • Borosilicate glass distillate receptacle, with markings; usable volume 2 litres.

  • Buchner borosilicate glass filter; sintered borosilicate glass filter media; filter capacity 0.5 litre, storage capacity of stock solution 0.5 litre; rapid dismantling of the two parts of the filter; 316 L stainless steel drain valve, includes PTFE ball valve.

INSTRUMENTATION :

  • Each condenser has a supply of cooling water, and is fitted with a control valve and a water flow switch to shut down the heating by cutting off the cooling system.

  • Baths for heating and circulating the thermal fluid.

  • IP55 control and inspection cabinet, featuring an emergency stop, start-up buttons and the following interfaces:

  • Variable-speed stirring drives.

  • Two numerical indicators for the stirring speeds.
